To maintain the natural, peaceful experience of our camps, we host either full camp buyouts or groups under 30 people.
Groups under 30 people:
- 2 night minimum length of stay required
- No loud music or party behavior. Quiet dinner receptions or relaxed evening celebrations recommended
- Pricing varies based on dates, camp location and added venues. We do not offer packaged pricing
- Blackout dates apply
- Recommend booking 6 months in advance
- Client pays in full
- Exclusive access to the entire property
- Event planner required
- 80-250 people, depending on location
- 3 night minimum, blackout dates apply

- Client pays deposit, guests can call and pay for tents on block
Under Canvas offers lodging and venue space, we do not offer catering, event rentals or planning services.
