Our pop-up event services allow for our safari-inspired canvas tents to be expertly woven into any festival experience. Under Canvas’ upscale tents include various bed configurations from one king-size bed to four twin beds for families or a group of friends. All beds are fitted with plush mattresses and linens, plus wool or fuzzy blankets for lounging, bedside fans, USB power banks, lanterns and indoor and outdoor seating.
While a good night’s rest during a festival seems dreamy enough, we also include restrooms and hot shower trailers for guests, which are essential during festival glamping. Other hospitality services include check-in and check-out management for guests, daily housekeeping, and stayover service, which takes your festival glamping experience to the next level. Plus, leave the labor to us! We will handle the tent set up and gear haul from start to finish so all you have to do is show up for a once-in-a-lifetime festival glamping experience.
You may be wondering what to pack for a festival glamping experience…beyond your festival outfits of course. The tent is fully weatherized and does a good job of keeping cool air out while offering ventilation during warmer days. Packing really depends on location and season but we suggest bringing layers to stay warm at night after the sun goes down. Sandals or slippers are perfect for lounging around your tent. Also, don’t forget to pack all the necessities like sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, USB charging cord to use with our power banks and toiletries.
