The upscale, outdoor hospitality brand has opened its newest camp for its inaugural season near the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park
BOZEMAN, MT. (July 12, 2023) – Under Canvas – the leader in upscale, outdoor hospitality – announced today the opening of its 11th camp in Paradise Valley, Montana. Located on 50 acres of picturesque ranchland near the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park, only 20 minutes from the charming town of Livingston and 45 minutes from Bozeman, MT, Under Canvas North Yellowstone – Paradise Valley is the brand’s second camp near Yellowstone National Park and its third in Montana overall. With panoramic views of the Absaroka Mountain Range and the Yellowstone River gracefully coursing through the camp, guests are granted over a mile of pristine, riverfront access, allowing for unforgettable onsite world-class fly fishing and thrilling river float adventures in addition to hiking, horseback riding, and live music at nearby Pine Creek Lodge featuring top Bluegrass, Rock and Country artists from around the country.

Under Canvas North Yellowstone – Paradise Valley offers 50 safari-inspired canvas tents fully-furnished with plush king size beds, luxe linens, USB charging packs, bedside lanterns, a wood burning stove, private deck with views and ensuite bathroom (hot shower, sink and flushing toilet). Unique tent accommodations feature the Stargazer Tent, complete with its own viewing window intentionally placed above the king bed allowing guests to stargaze at night as they drift off to sleep. Signature to this camp, the Yellowstone River Suite Tent features two tents adjoined by a private deck, its own private firepit and an outdoor area, where the primary Suite Tent features a bedroom wing outfitted with a king bed, lounge area with a queen size sofa-bed, ensuite bathroom, wood stove and private deck, and the adjoining tent includes two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom – perfect for families or groups and exclusive to this new location.
In true Montana style, the main lobby tent is adorned with contemporary, mountain-inspired indoor/outdoor furnishings from West Elm and design features with nods to the region’s storied ranch history. Embers, the cafe-style dining concept on-property, serves as a vibrant, communal hub where guests can indulge in indoor or al fresco dining while soaking in the serene ambiance of its idyllic riverfront setting. Serving up fresh and healthy dishes from the brand’s signature menu, Embers offers seasonal salads, charcuterie, locally-caught trout, grains, vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as Montana-inspired BBQ meats smoked daily on property and indulgent sides. Grab ‘n go options are also available for purchase for lunch items and snacks, ready for a day’s adventure. Guests can enjoy locally sourced cocktails and refreshments, while sharing complimentary s’mores by the fire after an adventure-filled day spent in nature. Premium brand partnerships provide complimentary guest use of lululemon mats and yoga blocks, Black Diamond hiking poles, and a Gibson guitar, perfect for an acoustic fireside strum.
