General Policy

Check In: 3:00 PM, Check Out: 10:00 AM.
Deposit Policy: Full amount due at time of reservation.
Children ages 0-2 are free. Children 3 and over are to be added as adults.

If you are booking using an AARP or military discount, proper identification will be confirmed during check-in. If no ID is presented during check-in, guests will not be eligible for the discount and will be charged the full reservation amount.

You will be responsible for any damages to your tent or furnishings during your stay.
Fire restrictions in the National Park & County may in extreme circumstances prohibit the use of wood stoves and fire pits.

Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.

The intended occupancy of each tent type is provided in the given tent types description. One additional cot can be added for children 18 and under at a fee of $25 per stay. We will not allow parties exceeding our maximum occupancy to check in to a single tent.

A deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required no later than 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed and will be charged to your Credit Card.

**If credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.**

Please note that booking online does not guarantee your adventure reservation. Our team will be in touch within 24 hours via email to finalize your request before we submit it to our vendors. The price of your adventure(s) is subject to change and is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from our adventures team.

In the very rare event Under Canvas inventory cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation, any money received will be refunded or better accommodations will be provided. Taxes and fees are subject to change and additional amounts may be due upon checkout.

Cancellation Policies

Best Available Rate Policy:
You have up until 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel for a 95% refund. We do charge a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 30 day window prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons/enhancements you book. Early departures or no shows will still be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit refund for cancellation, unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.

Flexible Rate Policy:
You have up until 7 days prior to your arrival to cancel for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 7-day window prior to your arrival date are non-refundable for any reason. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and add-ons only. Adventures are managed by local outfitters and are subject to different cancellation terms. Early departures or no shows will be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit fund for cancellation, unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe. COVID positive tests within 7 days of arrival will result in a cancelled reservation and 100% of payment is forfeited. Modifications to reservations within 7 days of arrival are considered a cancellation and are charged at full rate.

Non-Refundable Rate Policy:
Cancellations are non-refundable for any reason. Changes to your reservation are not permitted. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons only. Adventures are managed by local outfitters and are subject to different cancellation terms. Early departures or no shows will be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit fund for cancellation. COVID positive tests will result in a cancelled reservation and 100% of payment is forfeited. Gift Card Policy

All gift cards are fulfilled electronically.
Gift cards can be bought under someone else’s name for use as a gift.
Reservations for gift card redemption must be made by phone only.
Gift Cards are not valid for merchandise.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
