General Policy

Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 5 tents per transaction at a maximum of 2 transactions. Under Canvas reserves the right to require reservations of 10+ tents booked online to re-book directly with the group sales team. This applies to 10+ tents booked via any number of transactions.
If you are booking using an AARP or military discount, proper identification will be confirmed during check-in. If no ID is presented during check-in, guests will not be eligible for the discount and will be charged the full reservation amount.
You will be responsible for any damages to your tent or furnishings during your stay.
Fire restrictions in the national parks & county may, in extreme circumstances, prohibit the use of wood stoves and fire pits.
Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.
The intended occupancy of each tent type is provided in the given tent types description. Kids tents are only available for children under 18. One additional cot can be added for children 18 and under at a fee of $25 per stay. We will not allow parties exceeding our maximum occupancy to check in to a single tent.
A deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required no later than 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed and will be charged to your Credit Card.
**If credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.**
Please note that booking an adventure online does not guarantee your adventure reservation. Our team will be in touch within 48 hours via email to finalize your request before we submit it to our vendors. The price of your adventure(s) is subject to change and is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from our adventures team.
In the very rare event Under Canvas tent inventory cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation, any money received will be refunded or better accommodations will be provided. Taxes and fees are subject to change and additional amounts may be due upon checkout.
Cancellation Policies
You have up until 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 30 day window prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons/enhancements you book. Early departures or no shows will still be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit refund for cancellation, unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.
Resort Fee Policy
Resort fee includes: Complimentary parking; guest services; experiential programming including – but not limited to – daily yoga classes; kids arts and crafts; live acoustic music; evening s’mores; use of lululemon mats and blocks; Black Diamond walking poles and more. Guests may also enjoy 24/7 access to indoor and outdoor games and lobby lounge amenities including complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and a selection of artisanal teas.
Gift Card Policy
All gift cards are fulfilled electronically.
Gift cards can be bought under someone else’s name for use as a gift.
Reservations for gift card redemption must be made by phone only (888) 496-1148.
Gift cards may be used for your tent, food & beverage or retail on-site.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Under Canvas IKON Pass Redemption
Eligible Ikon Pass holders will receive a redemption code in the Ikon Pass ‘My Account’. Contact Under Canvas by phone at 888-496-1148 to book your stay using the code provided. Passholder will be asked to show the unique code within their Ikon Pass account at check-in. Redemption code is valid for one stay only. Stays must be booked by June 30, 2024 and codes will expire on July 1, 2024. Valid for stays between March 14, 2024, and December 1, 2025. Blackout dates apply. Redemption code is non-transferable, uniquely valid to passholder only and is subject to availability. Cannot be combined with any other Under Canvas offer/promotion. Applicable to new reservations only. One tent per pass holder/unique code. Full payment from passholder will be due at time of booking, per Under Canvas’ existing Guarantee Policy. Standard Cancellation Policy applies (modifications and cancelation allowed up to 30 days prior to stay otherwise 100% penalty/payment in full for cancelations made within 30 days of arrival).
