East Coast Expansion
Probably our biggest and most exciting news for 2020 is our expansion to the East Coast with the future opening of our camp near Acadia National Park in Maine. Not only does this offer closer access to Under Canvas glamping for our east coast customers but it also offers new areas of exploration for our guests looking to explore Acadia National Park or Maine. While the exact opening date is still unknown, we are getting very excited for everything this camp encompasses. Set on 100 acres of waterfront property with more than 1,200 feet of coastline and views of Acadia National Park, this location will be the perfect place to stay for an east coast getaway. Moab Upgrades
Moab is one of Under Canvas’ original camp locations, opened in 2014. The location allows you to discover the splendor of Arches National Park and Canyonland National Park, just a short drive away. Recently, our Under Canvas Moab location saw a $1,000,000 investment allowing for upgrades to make your stay with us even more elevated. The new investment will bring about exciting changes to our safari-inspired tents like a new Stargazer tent option, new canvas for existing tents, upgraded interior finishes and enhanced in-tent bathrooms with running water and hot showers. Additionally, we are making upgrades to our public areas with a brand new four-season main lobby tent including West Elm furnishings and expanded indoor and outdoor lounge and dining areas with an elevated food and beverage offering (more details to come on this). Whether you have always wanted to visit Under Canvas Moab or you are looking for an excuse to return, these upgrades are the perfect reason to book your 2020 stay.
